Microbes, as ancient creatures on earth, are everywhere. Actually, they are the protagonists on earth, especially viruses, and bacterial viruses or bacteriophages, are simple but full of many unsolved mysteries, which also fascinate me. I currently use the Acinetobacter baumannii and its phage model to explore the interaction mechanisms of co-evolution of phage and its host. I look forward to providing new strategies and insights for clinical phage treatment of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections.
